When you’ve got an electrical problem, the clock is ticking and your business’ reputation is on the line, it’s Ahrns Electrical’s time to shine.

They know there’s something special about running your own business, despite all the stress and hard work that comes with it.

Tristan Ahrns gets it – he’s proud to see his family name on his company’s vans, his workshop wall and his team members’ shirts.

He understands how much your business means to you, too: he knows that time is money, so he and his team will do everything they can to minimise your down time and make your life easier.

Whatever industry you’re in, Ahrns Electrical’s team of licensed electricians can help you with everything from installs and routine maintenance to those unexpected emergencies.

“My main goal is to make it as easy for our clients as possible,” Tristan says.

“If you ring me once and tell me a date, we make it happen.”

The team at Ahrns regularly works in industries including:

  • domestic: service, maintenance and new builds
  • commercial: service, maintenance and fit-out projects
  • rural and farming: service, maintenance and large projects
  • solar: domestic, commercial and off-grid

“If you’ve got a production line, if one part of that line doesn’t work, you need it fixed right away – we’ll come in and fix it,” Tristan says.

But Ahrns Electrical still answers everyday household call-outs, too, putting in that new ceiling fan or replacing your old down lights.

That’s what has made them the number-one name on locals’ lips whenever someone puts a call out for recommendations.

They’re even expanding into solar installations.

“I don’t think we’ve ever said no to a job,” Tristan says with a grin.

“We’re here to service our clients, whatever the job is.”

Tristan started in the electrical trade as a determined 16-year-old, apprenticing under Mike Bristow at Tailem Bend.

After six years, he made the decision to branch out on his own, and spent a while as a sole trader, picking up jobs here and there.

By 2022 he was ready for the next step: he bought a workshop in Murray Bridge, started growing his team and began gaining attention in the wider industry, too.

Ahrns Electrical was named a finalist in the emerging business category at Master Electricians Australia’s state awards earlier this year.

These days the company runs six vehicles and employs a team of eight: Ebony and Thais, who handle admin, plus operations manager Jason, senior tradesmen Sam and Harvey, fourth-year apprentice Isaac and apprentices Jack and Danny.

Together, they have built a reputation as the reliable locals who will be there for you, when and where you need them.

All you have to do is let them know what you need.
